ING provides Inclusion and Belonging training that complements long-term Inclusive Leadership programs by empowering participants to foster environments where everyone feels valued, seen, and respected. These trainings are available in-person or online and tailored to meet the needs of diverse professional groups, including K-12 educators, college and university staff, corporate teams, law enforcement personnel, healthcare providers and dentists, government employees, court administrators, and non-profit organization teams.

ING provides educational presentations and panels designed to supplement content standards or curriculum for grades 7-12, universities, and adult learning in community-based organizations, including churches, synagogues, other houses of worship, and civic organizations like rotary clubs. These sessions explore Muslims, their faith, and perspectives; interfaith topics involving Muslims, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, and Hindus; and strategies for combating Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, anti-Black racism, and other forms of bigotry.

ING provides a seminar on understanding and combating Islamophobia at a time when anti-Muslim hate incidents have risen sharply in workplaces, schools, and college campuses. The seminar examines the definition and historical origins of Islamophobia and its prevailing stereotypes, as well as its intersection with anti-Arab and anti-Palestinian racism and its impact on Muslim and Arab American communities. Participants leave with practical strategies for combating Islamophobia at both the interpersonal and institutional levels, tailored to their specific context, with time throughout for questions and discussion.

ING provides a Muslim-Jewish panel exploring the definitions, historical roots, and common tropes of Islamophobia and antisemitism, enriched by personal stories that illustrate the real-world impact of these prejudices on Muslim, Arab, Palestinian, Jewish, and Israeli Americans. Featuring a Muslim and a Jewish speaker, the panel models constructive collaboration between the two communities and concludes with actionable strategies for combating both forms of bigotry on interpersonal and institutional levels, tailored to each audience. ING has offered these panels since 2007, and they have taken on renewed relevance amid the recent surge in both Islamophobic and antisemitic incidents.

ING provides a seminar series on Arab and MENA peoples, delivered by presenters of Arab origin. The first presentation, Arab & MENA Cultures: Identity, History & Everyday Life, explores the diverse peoples, religious traditions, cultural life, and lasting contributions of the Middle East and North Africa, along with how media shapes Western perceptions of the region. The second, Arab Americans: Community, Culture & Contributions, brings the story closer to home, tracing the history, diversity, and landmark contributions of the 3.7 million-strong Arab American community, as well as post-9/11 challenges and contemporary issues. Engaging, nuanced, and conversation-driven, these sessions are ideal for workplaces, classrooms, lunch-and-learns, and leadership trainings.
