ING IMPACT To demonstrate the positive impact of the Islamic and Interfaith speakers bureau programs on students and adults alike, ING has created a new series of testimonials, including featured stories. These articles are supplemented with collections of comments from evaluation forms that are completed at the end of each presentation or panel. Islamic Speakers Bureau Testimonials The core of ING’s educational services, this program has provided an invaluable service to educational institutions by supplementing the study of Islam and world religions in social sciences and history course curriculum. In addition to visiting schools, colleges and universities, ING has also delivered hundreds of cultural competency workshops to healthcare providers, law enforcement agencies, and various community groups including rotary clubs, faith-based organizations and national leadership conferences. Interfaith Speakers Bureau Testimonials Introduced in 2008, this program expands the educational outreach work of ING by partnering with interfaith organizations. Every panel includes a Muslim presenter with one or more speakers representing Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism or Hinduism. The student and adult audiences enjoy the interactive dialogue and especially the opportunity to ask the panelists candid questions.
