Support Corporate Employee Resource Groups

December 1, 2022

According to a Deseret News/HarrisX poll, eighty percent of leaders say that it’s “good for company culture to encourage employees to be open about their faith.”

This is why one of the most requested ING panels by corporate Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) in the last several years has been our interreligious panel consisting of Americans of Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Buddhist and Hindu backgrounds speaking about Living Our Faith in the Workplace and Shared Values Among Faiths.

Most recently, we’ve spoken in corporations about current events on topics such as Iranian Protests, Hijab and Women’s Rights, as well as How to Be An Ally Against Bigotry towards Blacks, Jews and Muslims.

Here’s what one HR leader had to say about our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) trainings and seminars at Macy’s, which is typical of the feedback we receive:

“Thank you to the ING Group for the amazing services you provided. The ING DEI seminars that were held at Macy’s Union Square have had a tremendous impact on me personally and the total store population. Your seminars and speakers helped us break down barriers and encouraged open and honest dialogue across all cultures to promote understanding and tolerance. We continue to use the educational tools and knowledge that you provided to have ongoing discussions that are grounded in dignity and respect for everyone’s contributions. Thank you for your partnership in helping us build a stronger more inclusive culture with improved colleague engagement.”

Join us to continue supporting Employee Resource Groups in corporations.
