Ameena Jandali, Content DirectorAmeena Jandali, Content Director
Ameena directs content development for ING.
Ameena is a founding member of ING. She co-designs and develops ING’s educational presentations and cultural competency seminars. Ameena has delivered hundreds of presentations in schools, colleges, universities, churches, and other venues on Islam and related subjects. She’s also appeared on many news outlets speaking on issues relating to American Muslims. She currently team teaches a class on Islam at San Francisco City College. Ameena received her M.A. in Near Eastern Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and B.A. in History from the University of Illinois.
Ali Asghar Rangwala, Operations DirectorAli Asghar Rangwala, Operations Director
Ali Asghar directs operations, accounting and administration.
Ali has over 25 years of experience in the areas of accounting, operations and engineering. Previously employed in the construction, semi-conductor and IT services industries, his experience spans business management, accounting, civil engineering design and DoD project management. Ali Asghar received his M.B.A. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. He is passionate about volunteering, loves music, reading, camping, hiking and travel.
Aisha Jill Morgan, Education ManagerAisha Jill Morgan, Education Manager
Aisha directs ING programs
Aisha has been an ING speaker since 2008 for both the Islamic Speakers Bureau and the Interfaith Speakers Bureau. She earned an MA-Education in Adult Education and Training, is a certified Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and received a B.A. in Humanities. With a long career in educational consulting, Aisha is a specialist in training teachers to write and deliver lessons based on test results. Aisha teaches yoga, has bicycled from Madrid to Lisbon, studied French, Spanish, Latin and Arabic, sailed across the South Pacific, dog sledded in Greenland, lived in England and Jordan, and traveled throughout the United States.
Remat Kharal, Development ManagerRehmat Kharal, Development Manager
Rehmat oversees all ING development events
Rehmat Kharal is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where she earned a B.A. in Sociology. She continued her studies at Humber College in Toronto where she earned a Post Graduate Degree in International Marketing and Finance, graduating in the top 1.0% of her class. Rehmat worked in sales and as a corporate trainer for several years, winning several sales and training awards. In 2012, Rehmat received the MLK Drum Major for Service Award from President Barak Obama. Rehmat has been featured in the San Jose Mercury news and several parenting publications. She has also been a part of ING's speakers bureau since 2007.
Mansa Bilal King, PhD, Conmtent ManagerMansa Bilal King, PhD, Content Manager
Bilal creates and writes content for ING
Bilal is an assistant professor in the Morehouse College Sociology Department in Atlanta, GA. He has been doing social science research since 1995. Bilal’s research on Black racial identity and American racial/ethnic inequality has been primarily rooted in the disciplines of psychology and sociology. In 2006, Bilal was given the Middle Tennessee State University Ebony Award for Teacher of the Year. Bilal earned his undergraduate degree in psychology at Howard University, an elite institution in Washington, D.C. Bilal earned his master’s and doctoral degrees in sociology at The Johns Hopkins University.
Dustin Craun, Content ManagerDustin Craun, Content Manager
Dustin creates and writes content for ING
Dustin Craun is an activist, a writer, a facilitator and an intellectual who has worked with many organizations in California, Colorado, Mexico, and in Ghana, including The American Indian Movement of Colorado, the Transform Columbus Day Alliance, the Wassa Association of Communities Affected by Mining, the Hip Hop Congress, and Annunciation House. Dustin has worked as a writer, researcher, consultant and student advisor for Zaytuna College. Currently he writes and designs curriculums, presentations and various media projects for ING. He has a Masters Degree from the College of Ethnic Studies at San Francisco State University, and a BA in Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
Henry Millstein, Programs ManagerHenry Millstein, PhD, Programs Manager
Henry manages scheduling and the Interfaith Speakers Bureau.
Henry holds a Ph.D. in Jewish Studies from the University of California Berkeley and the Graduate Theological Union, with a focus on Jewish-Christian relations. He worked for sixteen years with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs in Oregon developing a program to preserve and teach their native languages and cultures. He has taught humanities and history of religion at GTU, Stanford, and the University of California Berkeley and Davis. Henry has a B.A. in Classics from Reed College and an M.F.A. in playwriting from Carnegie-Mellon University and is a published poet and fiction writer.

Jason writes grants for ING
Jason Van Boom specializes in marketing, intercultural and international communications, and grant writing. He studied marketing at San Francisco State University, grant writing at the Foundation Center, San Francisco, and doctoral studies in European history and culture at the Graduate Theological Union and the University of California, Berkeley. He has worked for Educational Resources and Referrals-China/China Academic Consortium, ICCNC, ILLUME Media, Inc., and Islamic Networks Group (ING), and served as a legal analyst for AIG. He is director of Nicholas of Cusa Institute (NOCI), a think tank to strengthen European solidarity through policy analysis and research, and is the international coordinator for Mean Communications Estonia.
Frank Fredricks, Public Relations & Social Media ConsultantFrank Fredericks, Public Relations and Social Media Consultant
Frank manages ING's social networks and plans communication strategies
Frank Fredericks is the founder of World Faith, Mean Communications, Çöñár Records, and Co-Founder of Religious Freedom USA. After graduating from New York University, Frank worked in the music industry, managing artists such as Lady Gaga. In 2006, he founded World Faith, a youth-led interfaith organization active in 14 countries. Frank has been interviewed on Good Morning America, NPR, and New York Magazine. He is an alumnus of the IFYC Fellowship, Soliya Fellowship, and YouthActionNet Fellowship. Frank resides in New York with his wife, fervently reading, cooking, learning a language at any given time, and gigging as a musician and songwriter.
Tim Brauhn, Social Networking ConsultantTim Brauhn, Social Networking Consultant
Tim developed FaithNews, ING's multifaith mobile app
Tim received his MA in International Studies at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver with a concentration in Religion and Politics in the Middle East and Central Asia. He also has a BA in English Language and Literature from Aurora University in Illinois. Tim was an inaugural member of the Faiths Act Fellowship, an elite international program for interfaith leaders run by the Interfaith Youth Core and Tony Blair Faith Foundation. Until January 2013, Tim was the Director of Operations for The 1010 Project, a Denver-based humanitarian agency.
Mondy Lariz, Website ConsultatntMondy Lariz, Website Consultant
Mondy updates and expands ING's website, and ensures the smooth delivery of our content
Mondy Lariz has designed and created websites since 1989. In 2001, he founded Silicon Valley Web Design and Hosting, where he delivers professional service with a personal touch. His specialty is implementing CMS-based websites for nonprofits. Mondy lives in San Jose and is active in a number of environmental conservation efforts.
