Schedule an Interfaith Panel

To start the scheduling process, click on a 'Schedule' button below to select your panel. Please allow two weeks advance notice for scheduling, and at least 60 minutes for a panel that includes time for questions and answers. Multi-Faith Panel: Living the Faith The interfaith speakers you choose will talk about Living the Faith in the San Francisco Bay Area as professionals, parents, students, community members, etc. You may also request an all-women panel to learn about women of different faiths and how they practice their religions. (60 - 120 minutes)

Multi-Faith Panel: Shared Values Among Faiths Create your interfaith panel by selecting up to five presenters representing Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism or Hinduism. Each panelist will provide a brief overview of his or her religion and then address the topic of shared values and commonalities between their religions. (60 - 120 minutes)

Multi-Faith Panel: Jewish-Muslim Relations in the U.S. - Living in the Shadow of the Middle East Conflict Ideal for the study of world history, the Muslim and Jewish panel helps to shift the paradigm of conversations away from Middle East conflicts and towards common interests to Americans, including topics such as anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, and security issues to two of the religious minorities in the United States. (55 minutes)

Multi-Faith Panel: Fundamentalism Create your interfaith panel by selecting up to five presenters representing Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism or Hinduism. Each panelist will provide a brief overview of his or her religion and then address how each of their faiths views the issue of fundamentalism. (60 - 120 minutes)

Multi-Faith Panel: Pluralism Create your interfaith panel by selecting up to five presenters representing Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism or Hinduism. Each panelist will provide a brief overview of his or her religion and then address the topic of pluralism as found in their religions. (60 - 120 minutes)

Multi-Faith Panel: Separation of Church and State Create your interfaith panel by selecting up to five presenters representing Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism or Hinduism. Each panelist will provide a brief overview of his or her religion and then address how separation of Church and State is applied in their religion. (60 - 120 minutes)

Multi-Faith Panel: Environmental Issues Create your interfaith panel by selecting up to five presenters representing Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism or Hinduism. Each panelist will provide a brief overview of his or her religion and then address the topic of environmental issues in their religions. (60 - 120 minutes)

Each panelist will provide a brief overview of his or her religion and then address the topic of modernity, as applicable in their religions. (60 - 120 minutes)
