Any disputes or claims not eligible for arbitration shall be filed only in a state or federal court located in Santa Clara County, California and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court having jurisdiction over the matter to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and Conditions and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.
