Esther worked in the computer industry as an engineer for 15 years. Trained at Equity Institute, she has been active in the diversity arena, speaking, training, coaching and facilitating for almost two decades. She is part of the Jewish Community Relations Council Interfaith subcommittee and a past president of Keddem Congregation (Reconstructionist Jewish). She actively volunteers in girls' and women's organizations. An insightful author and a dynamic speaker, she is listed in Who's Who in America. Esther has an A.B in Mathematics from Brandeis University and an M.S. also in mathematics from Stanford University.
